Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Service
Please thoroughly inspect the outer packaging upon parcel delivery. If you spot any damage, leakage or severe deformation, take photos as valid proof, refuse to accept and sign for the parcel, and contact our support team immediately.
If any product defects are identified after signing for delivery, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours. We will conduct a formal verification and arrange suitable return, exchange or other proper solutions on a case-by-case basis.
